Postage
Items that are in stock take two to three days to dispatch via An Post registered post. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Delivery within Ireland is usually within three days. This may take longer during the Christmas period. Please get in touch if you require your item to be dispatched sooner.
We ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If you live elsewhere and would like to place an order, please get in touch.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your piece of jewellery you may exchange it unworn for another piece.
Any product you would like a refund for must be returned within 14 days. You must contact Veronica Roden Jewellery to say you are returning it and would like a refund before 14 days. It must be adequately insured for the postage. Refunds will not be issued if it is not returned in its original condition.
It should be carefully packaged in its original packaging and unworn.
This applies for stock items and not commissioned pieces.
There is no refund for commissioned pieces but it is possible to cancel a commissioned piece at any time however labour costs must be covered.
